I see so many high rated books I don’t even know where to begin. I want one to learn continental knitting as I’ve read it is easier to crochet if you know continental knitting.
So any suggestions?

When you are knitting, and the pattern says to knit the knit sts and purl the purl sts when they face you, are you really knitting the knit stitches or the purl stitches, because wouldnt that change depending on what side of your work you are on? Im so confused!
